Can a person be allergic to another person? I recently experienced a situation in which a person who spent some time with me ended up getting sick...scratchy throat, achy body, weak... I then began to wonder if it was me? Maybe it's like a chemical imbalance between two people and your body tells you to stay away. If this is true then I wish I could have been allergic to 15.5 people.
So, I asked this person if he was having an allergic reaction to me? He proceeded with asking me "if I have ever changed the filter in my air conditioner".
Well, what's a filter?
Chester... the word chester reminds me of this cat I saw once. Golden. Furry. Sneaky. I learned his name was Sunny Chester Murphy. She/ He was a good cat. Had a good owner. At times Sunny Chester Murphy would run off, mischevious little devil. At times Sunny Chester Murphy would eat too much and sleep away his/her feelings of obesity. Sunny Chester Murphy made so many people laugh and touched so many lives. I often think of him/her. Hence the name I chose. This blog is in rememberence of Sunny Chester Murphy. May he/she rest in peace. He/she was killed last night in a fatal car accident.
A friend once said: "Abby, I was bit by a rat last night." That one small sentence spun a whirlwind of questions that is still TBD what the real answer is. My mind boggles that one could be bit by a rat simply walking down the street. Now keep in mind that we are not in New York City. Simply sidewalks. Pavement. Why the subject rat race, you ask? It's simple. We are all racing. We are racing to have the best story. The best night. The best sex. The best Blog. It's a race for attention. THe attention of our peers. We look for accepetance and the saddening realization is that people will do anything for that "thunbs up". It's a rat race people. And People will do anything to win...even make up bogus stories about rats.
